Dolce Far Dolce is a microbakery based in Florence, created by an American baker who missed a little taste of home. After moving to Italy, I found myself craving the nostalgic sweetness of classic American and British desserts, and I realized others did too.
From soft, chewy cookies to fluffy cupcakes and cakes, each dessert is baked fresh in small batches using the finest ingredients. I often travel back to the U.S. and the U.K. to bring unique flavors and baking essentials that aren’t easily found in Italy, ensuring every recipe has that authentic touch.
While my baking style is proudly American, every dessert has been tried, tested, and enthusiastically approved by my Italian friends across the country, which is why I like to say they’re “American made, Italian approved.”
