Dolce Far Dolce is a microbakery based in Florence, created by an American baker who missed a little taste of home. After moving to Italy, I found myself craving the nostalgic sweetness of classic American and British desserts, and I realized others did too.

From soft, chewy cookies to fluffy cupcakes and cakes, each dessert is baked fresh in small batches using the finest ingredients. I often travel back to the U.S. and the U.K. to bring unique flavors and baking essentials that aren’t easily found in Italy, ensuring every recipe has that authentic touch.​​​

While my baking style is proudly American, every dessert has been tried, tested, and enthusiastically approved by my Italian friends across the country, which is why I like to say they’re “American made, Italian approved.”
